Item Conditions and Quality
New Items
New does not always = mint. New items come directly from new sets. The bricks are sorted then stored and have never been played with. New items can sometimes have small scratches or scuffs do to the friction of the pieces rubbing together in original packaging or while in storage. All New Minifigures are assembled then individually bagged.
Used Items
Used items come from a variety of sources, but are all considered to be in good played with condition unless otherwise noted on the item listing.
All Used Minfigures are shipped assembled in individual bags.
Order Packaging/Shipping
We pack most orders using as few bags as possible (multiple lots are put into same bag). Larger lot quanities are bagged serparate. If you have any special requests please let us know before placing the order or in the order comments and we will do our best to accommodate those.
Once your package is in the hands of the USPS they are responsible if anything is lost or damaged. We will assist if possible in helping with a lost or damaged package.
